Esanda needed to guide loan assessors through best practice processes where loan evaluations required human intervention in order that all loans are consistently evaluated. ScenarioBuilder was used to quickly and easily capture Esanda best practice and ScenarioBuilder™ was shown to reduce the costs associated with loans being approved when they shouldn’t have and increase the profit from loans rejected when they should have been approved. Brokers were happy because loan approvals followed consistent evaluation criteria.
