To achieve this Acumentum conducts engaging and concise workshops using tailored analysis instruments and standardised notation to allow expert analysis and comparison of value. Interviews and observations of key workplace settings validate proposed approaches in real-world environments. In addition, the analysis may include a hard-edged cost benefit analysis.
