Project Management
It is principally through projects that Acumentum delivers high-quality and high-value products and services to our customers. A key element of Acumentum’s overall capabilities is a strong project management approach to the delivery of its services. Acumentum has developed a delivery methodology to suit its service offerings, its staff and its customers.
Acumentum, led by its project managers, has adopted and embraced the globally recognised CMMI (Capability Maturity Model) approach to its methodology to ensure quality of service, auditability and a fundamental strength in capturing requirements to meet expectations and desired outcomes. We set out clearly at the beginning of each project what we are going to do, then we do it in such a way that when the project is done is easy to see how it was done. Everyone involved knows what is planned, what is being done by when and when it is done that it was done correctly.
Project Managers are fundamentally involved from the smallest request to the largest project and have experience across both the design and development stages of a project. They are focussed on customer and business needs and meeting our customer’s desired outcomes.
