Through the eServices Panel, the Victorian Government is seeking to create and sustain high standards of ICT supplier's service level to agencies. Standards include:

  • project management and  service delivery skills
  • quality systems and  processes
  • familiarity and  competence with technology for the service categories, specialities and areas  of expertise
  • knowledge of the  Victorian Government environment

Following a public tender process, the current panel was established on 1 July 2007 for a three year period.
