Through the eServices Panel, the Victorian Government is seeking to create and sustain high standards of ICT supplier's service level to agencies. Standards include:
- project management and service delivery skills
- quality systems and processes
- familiarity and competence with technology for the service categories, specialities and areas of expertise
- knowledge of the Victorian Government environment
- strict compliance to the contract term.
Following a public tender process, the current panel was established on 1 July 2007 for a three year period.
All Victorian Government departments or entities are eligible to use eServices Online, including those listed in the Victorian Government Directory.
